PMK 100% alpaca DK is a versatile, medium-weight yarn. There are a vast number of knitting patterns available for this DK yarn, as its weight is the same as many common yarns.

PMK 100% alpaca DK is made from high-quality baby alpaca fiber. This luxuriously soft yarn is suitable even for sensitive skin. The 4-ply, tightly spun yarn is an excellent choice for cable knits and textured patterns, as the round yarn beautifully highlights the designs. You can also knit dreamily soft colorwork sweaters, accessories, and baby knits from this yarn.

Care

Hand wash in lukewarm water, 30°C, do not spin. Dry flat.
Alpaca wool is naturally antibacterial and repels dirt. Therefore, airing the knitwear is often sufficient for cleaning. The yarn withstands washing well. Use wool detergent for washing and let the knitwear soak in plenty of water. Note that hot water and vigorous rubbing will felt the knitwear.

This mark guarantees animal welfare, ecological grazing, and the registration of the wool's origin.
