Refund policy

You may cancel your order before it has been shipped. In this case, the payment will be refunded. After the item has been shipped, the following return policy applies:

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unused and unworn, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Defective products, incorrect shipments, or incomplete deliveries will be replaced. The return shipping costs for these cases will also be covered.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
PDF versions of knitting patterns are non-returnable. Unfortunately, printed patterns and gift cards cannot be returned without a specific reason. Custom-made knitwear cannot be returned if the product matches the order. Defective items will be replaced.

If you would like to exchange yarn purchased from us, please contact us by email.

European Union 14-day right of withdrawal
If none of the above conditions prevent it, you may cancel or return orders delivered within the European Union within 14 days for any reason and without justification. To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unused and unworn, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
