The sample sweater is knitted from thick cotton yarn. If you knit Luode from \u003cstrong\u003ePMK alpaca\/merino\u003c\/strong\u003e, the knit will look very similar but will be softer and drape beautifully. A sweater knitted from cotton will be stiffer and require more yarn. Reserve 500-500-600-600 g of yarn for the cotton sweater.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eYou can also knit the Luode sweater as a lighter version with two alpaca yarns held together. Combine \u003cstrong\u003ePMK brushed alpaca\/merino\u003c\/strong\u003e and \u003cstrong\u003ePMK 100% alpaca lace\u003c\/strong\u003e. With this combination, the knit will be light and slightly fluffy, and the lace pattern will stand out with delicate elegance.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eLuode is knitted seamlessly from the top down. An easy lace pattern alternates with stripes knitted in stockinette stitch.
